Food and beverage is big business here at the Swan. Set on the banks of the River Leven on the southern tip of Lake Windermere, The Swan Hotel and Spa is the perfect place for eating and drinking. We are now looking for a full time Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our established and committed team. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Food and Beverage this is a senior role for which previous industry experience is essential; you will ideally have a wealth of experience in a fast paced multi faceted food and beverage environment. You will be accustomed to the highest standards of food and beverage service and will be comfortable in leading and developing a large team of competent and motivated staff. Excellent people skills and an enthusiastic and professional attitude are essential as is the ability to cope with the unrelenting pace of service here and the ability to host a busy restaurant, bar and terrace simultaneously.
