"Another lovely stay at the Swan, thank you so much.
This was our first visit with the children and there were nice touches like milk and cookies at bedtime. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the decoration is beautiful. We stayed in a suite for the first time with lovely views overlooking the river."
"After getting engaged me and my partner stayed at the swan for a romantic getaway, couldn't fault the staff and service, the spa and treatments on offer were brilliant. Our stay was topped off by a wonderful meal. All staff couldn't do enough for us!''Jordy H (TripAdvisor March 2019)

"First of all what a wonderful setting as they say first impressions count for everything, we we were welcomed by two charming receptionists sat in the most relaxed reception area I have ever been in. Our room was bright and airy and immaculate. On the Saturday we ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent as was the service. On the Sunday morning we had the wonderful full Cumberland breakfast followed by relax in the pool and the spa. As the sun was shining we finished our trip off with a drink on the water front. What more can I say other than, thank you to all the team at the Swan and we cant wait to come back."Tony Glanville (TripAdvisor July 2017)
"What an amazing hotel. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and has access to the majority of the south lakes. The staff we're all very friendly and well presented. Every part of the hotel was perfectly clean and well thought out.
The reception and communal areas were beautiful! We loved the little louge areas! The facilities were great, we has the spa and stay package."Kayleigh Green (TripAdvisor June 2017)
