As a responsible business, we take our environmental, social, and economic impacts seriously. We have implemented a carbon reduction plan, and our energy and waste monitoring programs have resulted in significant reductions in our carbon footprint. We also promote green transport and community initiatives to support the local community. Additionally, we have a responsible purchasing policy that prioritises local and ethical suppliers, such as Farrers coffee (which is recyclable and sustainable), sustainable bedding, B-corp spa products, locally made carpets, local amenity products, and chlorine-reduced pool water. Our efforts demonstrate our commitment to responsible business practices.

Our emphasis on sustainability goes beyond just materials and products. The spa partners and suppliers share the same values, with Comfort Zone being B Corp certified. As part of their commitment to sustainable practices, we encourage the use of public transport or electric vehicles for transportation as we have recently installed electric charging points.
