Payment Transactions

All payment transactions are handled by a third party payment gateway Credit Call, whose secure transaction processing environment exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit cards details on our own website and any cardholder data is secured by using a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.

Room Deposits / Cancellation Policy

On our ‘standard rates’ you are able to cancel your room up until 5 days prior to arrival at no charge. Your card details are required to secure your booking, but you will not pay for your stay until the day of departure.

Our ‘non refundable rates’ are payable in advance so you will be charged for your stay at the time of booking and the room is non-refundable.

On our ‘free cancellation rate’ you are able to cancel your room up until 12 noon the day prior to arrival at no charge. Your card details are required to secure your booking, but you will not pay for your stay until the day of departure.

Certain dates may have an exception to our usual deposit/cancellation policy, this will be communicated to you when booking. All rates include bed, breakfast and full use of the leisure facilities is included unless stated.

Rates are subject to change at any time and without notice.

We have the right to cancel any reservation at any time.

Spa Terms and Conditions

At Holte spa your health and wellbeing is our primary concern, therefore if you are currently pregnant, have any allergens, have a heart disorder, have a diagnosed medical condition or are taking any prescribed drugs, please let us know in advance.

A full consultation will be completed with pre arrival but if you are aware of any contra-indications your chosen treatment may need to be changed.

Spa & pregnancy

Please note that we do not offer body treatments for ladies who are 1-13 weeks pregnant From 13 weeks we offer a range of specialised luxury pregnancy treatments If you need any further guidance, please ask any member of the Spa Team Pregnant ladies are advised to book the gentle spa circuit

Spa opening and closing times

Open 7 days a week Treatment times from 10 – 6pm daily Spa is open from 9am – 8pm

Spa treatment payment

Full pre-payment is required at time of booking for all individual treatments Bookings are non-transferable 24 hours prior to your treatment All treatment times are subject to availability

Spa day payment

Full pre-payment is required at time of booking for all day packages Bookings are non-transferable 7 days prior to your spa day Spa day treatment times will be allocated between 10am and 4pm and will be re-confirmed to you on arrival All spa day and treatment times are subject to availability Residential spa break payment

Full pre-payment is required at time of booking Spa bookings are non-transferable 7 days prior to your spa day Celebration spa breaks: a minimum number of rooms applies All breaks and treatment times are subject to availability Method of payment

Spa fees are inclusive of VAT

Extra treatments will be charged at the applicable rates at your chosen spa Pre-booked additional treatments will be charged at the applicable rates on the date of booking We accept all major credit cards except amex Gift vouchers must be redeemed at time of booking.

Spa Treatment Cancellation

We require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made No refund will be payable for non-arrival for a treatment without the stipulated notice Spa day cancellation

We require 7 days’ notice of cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made No refund will be payable for non-arrival for a spa day without the stipulated notice Residential spa break cancellation

We require 7 days’ notice of both accommodation and/or spa cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made No refund will be payable for non-arrival for a residential spa break without the stipulated notice Some promotional offers may be non-refundable

SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS The spa reserves the right to alter your treatment times on the day if necessary The Holte spa, including all treatment rooms, thermal suite and spa garden are ADULTS ONLY. Please note that treatment time includes medical consultation, set up and your chosen treatment All treatment re-arrangements will be subject to alternative availability Holte spa has a non-smoking policy. In keeping with the UK law, the Spa applies a strictly non-smoking policy within its confines or on external parameters We request that mobile phones are kept on silent or switched off in the spa We would request that all tablets and pagers are switched off/on silent during your visit. We are happy to relay any messages via the Spa reception No photography is permitted in the changing areas and/or on poolside You may be required to remove jewellry for treatments; we therefore advise that you choose to leave jewellery at home or in your guest room. Holte spa will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability Please note guests suffering from any heart conditions, high blood pressure and unable to use any of our heat experiences~

Spa & children

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use or accompany any persons over 18 attending the spa, or use the facilities attached Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to undergo any type of treatments in the spa Children between the ages of 16 to 17 may undergo the following treatments supervised (in the same room) by a parent or guardian: facial

Luxury DBB – 25% non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit on booking – remainder of balance settled on checkout. 48-hour cancellation policy (deposit not to be refunded when cancelled)

Nests – 25% non-refundable deposit on booking, remainder of balance 6 week prior to arrival then is non-refundable/non-transferrable.

NYEBB – Non-refundable & non-transferrable – full payment on booking

NYEBBPOD – 25% non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit on booking – remainder of balance settled on checkout. 48-hour cancellation policy (deposit not to be refunded when cancelled)

Splendid Sunrise – full payment on booking, 48-hour cancellation policy – 25% of payment is deemed non-refundable if cancelled.

Winter Spa & Stay – £30 non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit on booking, 5-day cancellation policy.

Winter DBB – £30 non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit on booking – 5-day cancellation policy

XmasBB – full payment on booking, non-refundable & non-transferrable

XmasBBPOD – £30 non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit on booking, 48-hour cancellation policy
