We wanted to make sure you were aware that we have a new parking scheme in place. We have brought this in to ensure that all our wonderful guests have somewhere to park at all times as you are our number one priority, and we understand that it can sometimes be a bit tricky to find a spot!
How the scheme works for hotel guests, health club or spa visitors:
If you are staying with us, or visiting the spa or health club you will not have to pay for parking. You must however ensure that when you come into the building you register your number plate at reception to avoid getting a fine.
How the scheme works for day visitors (pub, restaurant or Café guests)
If you are visiting us for the day, for something to eat or drink then you will need to ensure you download the RingGo app or call 020 304 600 10 to register your vehicle. There will be a charge of £15 for your parking, however we will reimburse this for you upon receiving your food and drink bill.
What happens if I don’t register my vehicle?
If you do not register your vehicle, then 'Smart Parking' company will issue a £100 fine to your home address. If you have any disputes you must contact 'Smart Parking' directly as they are responsible for all fines and not The Swan directly.
