We’re passionate about showcasing the flavours of the Lake District, sourcing quality ingredients from local suppliers wherever possible, including Cumbrian Legendary Ales and Hawkshead Relish.

The Swan Inn
At the heart of the hotel, The Swan Inn is our warm and welcoming pub, open daily from 12pm to 9pm. It’s the perfect place to settle in after a Lake District walk, catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed meal with the whole family — dogs included.

The River Room
The River Room offers a more refined dining experience at The Swan Hotel & Spa, perfect for celebrations, romantic evenings or simply treating yourself to something special.

The Swan Breakfast
Our breakfast is open to both hotel guests and non-residents, with a delicious menu of classics, lighter options and sweet favourites.
Enjoy everything from a Full English and Eggs Benedict to smashed avocado, porridge, pancakes and Belgian waffles, alongside teas, coffees, smoothies and breakfast cocktails.
